Meet our Global Ambassador
Hello! I am Michaela, a Global Ambassador for Admissions at 海角社区, my role is to help support the international students in this community! I am currently a Freshman majoring in Art! I am from Indonesia but was born here in Colorado, and has always been my home. My favorite thing about Colorado are the big events such as Anime/Comic conventions, Renaissance Faires, Meow Wolf, and the supportive community! I love anime, drawing, arts and crafts, and gaming. I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures, so if you’d like to share anything, talk to me! Always here to support you in any way!听

Happy July, everyone! It’s another month of summer! It鈥檚 been raining more recently. The days are long, the weather is warm, and there are plenty of opportunities to relax, explore, and spend time with friends and family. Recently, it鈥檚 been raining a bit more than usual. While the gloomy skies can sometimes put a damper on outdoor plans, we lowkey need it! The rain brings some much-needed relief from the heat, helps keep everything green, and gives us a nice break from those scorching summer days.
There are a few fun events coming up this month, so here we go!
- Cherry Creek Arts Festival, July 3rd 鈥� 5th, -鈥淭he Cherry Creek Arts Festival offers a perfect opportunity to find inspiration, connect with others through art, and expand your worldview. Our annual Cherry Creek Arts Festival fills the streets of Cherry Creek North with over 250 juried artists ready to share their talent with the world.鈥�
- Independence Day Concert with Denver Municipal Band (Cheesman Park), July 5th,
- 2026 Colorado Music Festival, July 9th 鈥� August 9th,
- Denver French Fest, July 10th, 11th, 12th, – 鈥淒enver French Fest is a three-day immersion into the finest of French culture 鈥� from Proven莽al markets and live jazz manouche to contemporary art installations and world-class gastronomy.鈥�
