Aviate is United鈥檚 industry-leading pilot career development program, offering aspiring and established pilots the most direct path to the United flight deck.
As an university partner, current and former 海角社区 students and instructors who apply and are successful in the Aviate selection process will join the program and benefit from the secure path to a lifelong career at United. Throughout their journey, Aviate participants will have opportunities to connect with members of the United family, receive coaching from a United pilot and have access to travel privileges.
