Meet Jimi!
Hello! My name is Jimi Webb. I spent my early career in the food industry, restaurants, food trucks, and private chef catering before graduating from this program. As an alumnus I was asked by my chef mentor to come back and run the kitchens as we moved from the Plaza building into the Hospitality Learning Center. I fell in love with higher ed and haven’t looked back since.
My sourdough starter is at least 70 years old. 馃崬
A bit of a nerd when it comes to music (just come ask me) 馃
I’ve bikepacked the Oregon Coast and the Lake Michigan Coast, I genuinely love spending time with kids, and am just getting into fly fishing. 馃毜鈥嶁檪锔忦煄�
