Student Employees & Temporary Employees Timesheet Information

Descriptions:

  • Student Employees:聽Employees of the University whose employment relationship is directly attributed to their current enrollment as a student of the University or of one of the other institutions located聽on the Auraria Campus. Student employees may either be Work Study or Student Hourly employees. These positions are not benefit eligible and there is no expectation of continued employment from one semester to the next.
  • Classified Hourly Employees:聽Employees聽can work 40 hours a week for 9 months and then need to take off for a period of聽90聽days prior to working for another department.聽This is a non-benefited position.
  • Administrative Hourly Employees:聽Employees can work up to 19 hours a week for a period of 12 months. They can work continuously but consult with HR on specific questions.聽This is a non-benefited position.
