º£½ÇÉçÇø is upgrading its student information system by replacing Ellucian Banner with Workday Student. This cloud‑based system makes it easier for students to manage their academic journey, including registration, advising, degree planning, and financial aid, all in one place.
Launched in early 2025, the three‑year Workday Student Project focuses on improving how students interact with University services by delivering a more intuitive, connected, and mobile‑friendly experience that supports success from enrollment through graduation.
The Skype to Teams Migration Initiative is a year-long project aimed at updating and modernizing the University’s communication systems by transitioning the campus telephone system’s software from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams. Upon completion, University phone calls will be made via the Microsoft Teams app, replacing the previously used Skype for Business app. This significant change will impact all º£½ÇÉçÇø staff, faculty, and students.
The Network Modernization Initiative is a three-year project to improve and modernize º£½ÇÉçÇøâ€™s network infrastructure by replacing aging wired and wireless network equipment. In addition to providing a more stable and reliable foundation for our enterprise networks, this project will also provide greater monitoring capabilities and security measures for increased cyber security – all in service of the University’s number one strategic goal to attract, prepare, and graduate students equipped to succeed in the 21st century.
