Admitted Student Document Submission Deadline
We suggest that you get your transcripts in as early as possible in order to ensure a timely review and get into the classes that you want. Unsubmitted official transcripts can impact your class options. If you have classes in progress, you can send an official transcript for previous semesters and send an updated transcript upon completion.

Things to remember for official transcripts
All hard copies of transcripts must be in an official sealed envelope from the missing school, institution or agency. Electronic transcripts can only be delivered by the issuing institution. Forwarded transcripts will not be accepted as official.

Duolingo English Test (DET):鈥�
An official score must be sent directly from the Duolingo English Test service. Search for 鈥淢etropolitan State University of Denver鈥� to submit your scores. 听
IELTS Academic:鈥�
You must submit a copy of your IELTS result with your TRF number. We can directly verify your test results via IELTS Results Service.听
Pearson Test English Academic (PTE):鈥�
You must submit a copy of your PTE Academic result with your Score Report Code. We can directly verify your test results via Pearson鈥檚 results portal.听听
Cambridge English Tests:鈥�
You must login to your Candidate Results Portal and choose to send us your results. Search for 鈥淢etropolitan State University of Denver鈥� to submit your scores.听听

International Documents
If your academic documents are issued in a non-English language, you must submit a听complete, literal, word-for-word English translationin the same format as the original academic document.
Your translated documents must include:
- Appropriate stamps or seals explaining the translator鈥檚 qualifications
- The full name of the translator or the translation service, mailing address, telephone number, email address or other means by which the authenticity of the translation can be verified.
Acceptable translators include your听professional translators or a local听.
For professional translators in the U.S., we recommend you search the members for an accepted professional translator.
, , and are a few common translation services that听 we see. But we can accept most credentialed translators that we can verify.
**Note: You, your family, or friends cannot translate your documents for you. It must be completed by a professional translator.
We require your country-specific academic documents that show you completed the equivalent of a senior U.S. high school education. This can include documents such as your high school transcripts, regional or national examination results, and/or completion certificates with a graduation date.
If you do not know which documents are required for your country, please contact the听International Admissions Office.听
Academic documents must be directly sent to 海角社区 from the official source that holds a copy of your academic records, such as your high school, examination board, or ministry of education offices.
We can also accept academic documents attested by your local as official. These documents must include the cover letter with the proper stamps and signatures from the EducationUSA advisor.
We do not require a credential evaluation for secondary level academic documents.
We must receive an official听course by course听evaluation for any non-U.S. university to be considered for transfer credit.
The听evaluation service must be listed as a current member of the听(NACES), such as听听or听.
Official evaluation reports must be sent directly to 海角社区 by the evaluation service to听[email protected].
If the evaluation service does not send us your verified academic documents,听we must also receive a copy of your university transcripts.听
We must receive an official听course by course听evaluation for any non-U.S. university to be considered for transfer credit.

If the evaluation service does not send us your verified academic documents,听we must also receive a copy of your university transcripts.
Official documents must be sent directly to 海角社区 by the issuing institution. These documents (and envelopes, if mailed) must include all proper attestations, such as stamps, signatures, seals, and/or apostilles.
Official academic documents can be directly sent to us in one of the following formats:

- DD Form 214听for general military active-duty service credit. Depending on other factors, credit may be awarded for Oral Communication and a waiver applied for the Global Diversity requirement.
- Email an electronic copy or clearly readable photo of the听Member-4 Copy听of your DD Form 214 to听[email protected]
- Still on听active duty? Have your command generate a signed听Memo for Record听stating your name, current rank, start date of active duty, and location(s) of any overseas assignments, deployments, or sea service that includes start and end dates.

TRANSFER

Only official transcripts are used for official transfer credit evaluations to determine how credits will transfer in to your 海角社区 student record. If you submit official college transcripts and have 24 or more transferable credits, your high school or GED transcript requirement will be automatically waived. If you have fewer than 24 transferable credits, you will also need to submit high school or GED transcripts.

Transcript Requirements
In most cases unofficial documents and/or transcripts are copies or downloads that are easily accessible to the student.
- Unofficial documents and/or transcripts generally have no cost associated
- Unofficial documents are generally听needed BEFORE the deadlines listed in order to make your initial admissions decision. Official documents will need to be requested by the student before classes start.

Printed/Hard Copies
All printed/hard copies of official transcripts and/or documents must be in an official sealed envelope from the issuing school, institution or agency. An admissions decision can be made based on the information you reported on your application and unofficial documents when needed. If you鈥檙e admitted, prior to attending, you will need to request that your official transcripts or GED scores (and official test scores if applicable) be sent from your school or institution. Transcripts should have a posted graduation date and final grades. Enrollment and financial aid can be impacted if you do not complete this step, so be sure to request them. If you will graduate from your current institution before you begin at 海角社区, please wait to submit your transcripts until your final grades and graduation date have posted.

Transfer Students, If you submit official college transcripts and have 24 or more transferable credits, your high school or GED transcript requirement will be automatically waived for admissions purposes. Financial Aid may request high school or GED transcripts if you have less than 60 transferrable credits.
