Here’s how º£½ÇÉçÇø Art Professors can or obtain technology gear from AR 190 for Art classes, such as cameras, projectors, computer accessories and other equipment.

Art Tech Gear items are stored in AR190 near the Art Main Office across from Sculpture, and scanning your Professor ID card will give you access.

• Professors can check gear out for themselves
• Professors can check gear out to their students
• Staff can check gear out for themselves

A three-step process:

1. (Student Gear Checkout Loan Agreement). Each student should fill this out once per semester. Student may provide (email) proof of filling the loan form granting consent each semester, or student must fill in this form.
2. When you checkout the gear, fill in the .
3. When you return the gear, fill in the .

Additional details:

• Checkout of Art Tech Gear is available to Professors only, in AR190. If you are a student wanting to access checkout gear, please ask your Professor to contact the Art Tech Support Staff person (achris24@msudenver).
• If you are a Professor who wants to checkout gear to students or get the gear returned and you need assistance with coordinating the exchange of equipment, please contact the Art Tech Support Staff person (achris24@msudenver).
• This AR190 closet is not staffed for regular business hours, so please return items to the place where you found them, and email the Art Tech Staff person about issues or if anything needs repair (achris24@msudenver).

Art Communication Design (CDES) students
can checkout gear through CN311G.

Students registered for photography classes
can checkout gear from the Photography Lab.

Foundations gear and printer are available for Foundations Professor use and stored separately in AR166C and AR166F.

Art tech gear available for checkout includes video and DSLR cameras, projectors, and iPads (4th gen.) in addition to other computer accessories and adapters, audio gear, and various tech-related items. Browse by category within the accordions below, or jump to the list of all gear.
