We鈥檝e entered the future鈥� and it鈥檚 looking GOOD!

A few weeks ago, the 海角社区 community came together for one incredible day with a shared goal: to Rise to the Future. Inspired by innovation, momentum, and a little nostalgic fun, this year鈥檚 Day of Giving showed what鈥檚 possible when Roadrunners rally together.

And the result? Truly something worth celebrating. Thanks to 92 generous donors, the College of Business raised more than $28,000 in support of our students and programs – nearly double the amount raised last year!

This year every contribution went even further, because of a generous donor who committed to matching $10,000 in gifts.

Exciting Possibilities on the Horizon

By supporting The College of Business we are able to investing in both people and places, supporting students directly while also creating the environments where they can thrive. This is what Rise to the Future is all about!

We are working alongside alumni and community partners to reimagine its physical spaces, creating an environment that better reflects the energy, innovation, and ambition of today鈥檚 business students.

Here鈥檚 what your support helps make possible:

  • Scholarships that expand access and help students stay on track to graduation
  • Flexible, collaborative learning spaces designed for teamwork, presentations, and innovation that mirror real-world business environments
  • Welcoming spaces that foster connection between students, faculty, and industry partners

Donors supported the College of Business broadly, and also supported specific student programs and experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom.

These gifts powered opportunities like international business learning experiences, department scholarships, and student organizations that take Roadrunners to conferences and competitions across the country, including 海角社区 Pi Sigma Epsilon, the Finance Club, and the Club Management Association of America.

We want to recognize the incredible energy behind the scenes; from campus partners who championed their programs to the advocates who shared, posted, and encouraged others to give, this day was powered by a community that believes deeply in access, opportunity, and student success.

To everyone who gave, shared, volunteered, or supported in any way – thank you. You are helping 海角社区 students rise, persist, and shape the future.
