Rowdy鈥檚 Corner Program & Events

At Rowdy鈥檚 Corner, we create a welcoming space that offers holistic resources for our community. From cooking demonstrations in partnership with our Registered Dietician in the Health Center at Auraria to crockpot events and campus-wide resource fairs, Rowdy鈥檚 Corner aims to expand destigmatizing services and supports across campus.

SECOR Mobile Food Pantry

Through the Fall and Spring semesters our partners at SECOR Cares bring their mobile food truck to campus to offer free produce, canned goods and other shelf stable items to our campus community.

Coffee Club

Faculty, staff and other campus members have an opportunity to contribute to our coffee club for $20 month. A monthly contribution will go directly to the programming and purchasing of goods for our students that utilize Rowdy鈥檚 Corner. With your contribution you get a Rowdy鈥檚 Corner tumbler and free coffee throughout the month.

Cooking Classes

Rowdy鈥檚 Corner partners with the Health Center at Auraria on the Cooking With Purpose cooking class series. Join classes for live and hands-on experience making healthy, easily accessible, delicious food.

Events

Rowdy's Corner hosts and collaborates on a number of events and projects throughout the year. From resource events to educational presentations and interactive cooking classes and demonstrations. Satellite Locations

Satellite locations are hot spots around the campus where students can pick up on-the-go snacks!
