Computer Sciences Tutoring: (AES 237) – CS Tutoring Group will be operating mostly remotely utilizing Microsoft Teams with some in-person options depending on availability. CS student tutors will provide online Tutoring at “” in Teams for the required lower-division classes: CS1030, CS1400, CS2400, CS1050 and CS2050. The weekly tutoring schedule is posted in the Teams. For further instructions on how to use our services through Microsoft Teams, please download this tutorial. 1. Recommended: at least 16 GB or higher for RAM.
2. Recommended: CPU (single or multi-core) with a main frequency >2.5GHz (e.g. ARM-based Apple M1, M2, M3 chips are okay).
3. Graphic Card (GPU) is NOT a must.
4. NOT Recommended: Chromebooks with low frequency CPU, Tablets, iPads.
5. Both MacOS and Windows OS are fine (with VirtualBox or VM).
