Key Dates and Deadlines for the Fall 2026 Semester

• Thursday, Sept. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Commencement Expo
• Friday, Oct. 9 at 9:55 p.m. – Primary Regalia Ordering Deadline
• Monday, Oct. 12 at 11:55 p.m. – Graduation Application Deadline to be included in the Commencement Program
  • Graduates may apply for graduation after this date and can both be eligible to receive their degree and attend Commencement, their name will just not appear in the Commencement program
• Friday, Nov. 6 at 9:55 p.m. – Secondary Regalia Ordering Deadline
• Tuesday, Nov. 17 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. – Cap and Gown Day 1
• Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Cap and Gown Day 2
• Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 9:55 p.m. – Changes to Grad Pass Deadline
• Friday, Dec. 11 at 9:30 a.m. – Morning Commencement Ceremony
• Friday, Dec. 11 at 2:30 p.m. – Afternoon Commencement Ceremony

In order to be awarded a degree, you must apply for graduation (apply in the Student Hub during window listed below). You must submit a separate graduation application for each credential you are seeking. Submit a graduation application during the semester application window:

Fall Graduation Applications will be available April 13th through the last day of the Fall semester.

Regalia is the cap and gown you are required to wear during the ceremony. You must order your regalia through Herff Jones.

The Fall 2026 primary regalia ordering deadline is: Friday, Oct. 9 at 9:59 p.m.

The Fall 2026 secondary regalia ordering deadline is: Friday, Nov. 13 at 9:59 p.m.

Regalia will be available to purchase in person at the Commencement Expo on Thursday, Sept. 10 from 11:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. It will be available to purchase online after that event has concluded.

It will also be available to purchase in person atÌýCap & Gown Pick-Up at St. Cajetan’s:

Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2026 | 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026 | 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Finally, regalia will be available for purchase on Commencement day prior to your ceremony; however, availability may be limited. *Please note that purchasing regalia on-site at Cap and Gown and Commencement is more expensive than pre-ordering.

RSVP to your ceremony through Tassel.

Every graduate must RSVP to Commencement through the Commencement Team’s ceremony vendor, Tassel. Each eligible graduate should receive an email from [email protected], which will prompt the graduate to RSVP with their preferred name and correct contact information for the big day. Through Tassel, each graduate will also receive a Stage Pass which acts as the name card read on stage at the Commencement ceremony.

Stage Pass Required: Each graduate will need to have their Stage Pass on their phone or printed out on the day of the ceremony in order to have their name read correctly as they walk across the stage.

RSVP Deadline: The deadline to RSVP and to make any Stage Pass changes was April 22. If a grad is choosing not to attend the ceremony, they should still RSVP ‘no’.Ìý

Graduation: Please note, RSVP to Commencement is only for ceremony participation. The application to graduate and official degree conferral are handled separately through the Graduation Team in the Registrar’s Office. Each eligible graduate will receive separate communications regarding their degree status from the Graduation Team.
