The LGBTQ Student Resource Center hosts a Lavender Graduation celebration every Spring semester for all Auraria graduates interested in receiving a rainbow stole to wear at Commencement, honoring their connection to or support of the LGBTQ+ community. During this celebration, graduates will also receive a free dinner with their chosen guests. Graduates who cannot attend Lavender Graduation are still able to receive a rainbow stole.
