RM-AMP鈥檚 mission is to build STEM equity and excellence.聽 Attending workshops, seminars and聽 professional development events assists in building a student’s STEM Identity.
The purpose of this passport is to encourage you to attend activities that help gain skills for STEM careers and/or graduate programs while providing financial support. RM-AMP can also support you in the following examples: Cost of attending STEM conferences, graduate school entrance exams, graduate school application fees, professional organization membership fees, class supplies and more…
You must attend activities and have signatures on each activity attended. When your passport is complete, write a paragraph on what you gained from the activities.聽 聽Submit your passport and paper to Lori Taylor SI 1051 by April 28, 2025.
There are four options:
Option 1
Attend 3 RM-AMP events and receive $100.
Option 2
Complete entire Career Building Section.聽 Share your Cover Letter, Resume, Vmock Score and receive $200.
Option 3
Complete STEM Career Planning Guide and receive $200.
Option 4
Complete Laboratory Techniques Class, BIO 3020 (CRN 30720) and receive $350

Option 2
- Complete a Resume
- Complete a Cover Letter
- Complete a LinkedIn Profile
- Upload Resume to Vmock (CCD students cannot complete this step)
- Go to聽聽to create a LinkedIn account
- Add聽 to your network.
