You can select from photos available in our , where images are available in a variety of sizes for use in brochures, websites, presentations or other projects. Photos in the library, which is updated regularly, include classroom shots, campus scenery and event-specific pictures, among others.

Service Request Form
I蹿听you听don鈥檛 find the image you need in the photo library, or if you need to request photography for your project or event,听complete the request/consultation form, or directly email the clients services听email at: [email protected].听
Please request photography at least two weeks prior to your event.听
Photo Release Form
Photo releases are required for any people you photograph or video at your event.
Headshots
We schedule campus headshot sessions once per semester for employees who need an image for their department website, promotional materials, or other professional uses. Our next sessions will be held:鈥�
Feb. 10, June 9 and Sept. 15, 2026
11 a.m. 鈥� 12 p.m.

All faculty and staff members with an 海角社区 badge are eligible for this service and are photographed on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that employees limit using our headshot service to once every two years to ensure that others who haven鈥檛 had the opportunity can be photographed.听
