College Opportunity Fund (COF) Information
Want to reduce your tuition payment?
The College Opportunity Fund provides eligible undergraduate students with a stipend that pays for a portion of in-state tuition.
Apply for聽your COF stipend at聽 by the payment deadlines published in the聽!
Authorize the COF Stipend
After you鈥檝e submitted your COF application, you MUST complete the one-time authorization of the stipend. This will allow the funds to be applied to your account, otherwise you will be responsible for your total in-state tuition.
After you鈥檝e registered for your first semester classes, follow the steps below to authorize and receive COF:

2. Select the term in which you plan to begin classes and submit.
3. Choose to 鈥淎uthorize Lifetime use鈥� of your stipend and submit.
NOTE:聽Once you click submit, the page will display a “changes were saved鈥� notification. This is your confirmation — you will not be directed to another page nor will you receive any additional confirmation notification. The stipend may take up to 1-2 weeks to process.
If you do not see it applied to your account at the end of the second week, contact the Office of the Bursar at 303-615-0070.
