º£½ÇÉçÇø Facilities Management creates and maintains safe, functional, and welcoming spaces that support student success. We manage University-owned buildings and work closely with the Auraria Campus Facilities team to coordinate services across shared campus spaces.

Our work is carried out through two divisions:

• Operations & Maintenance (O&M) – O&M encompasses the essential upkeep of facility systems, including preventive maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, electrical, energy use optimization, and emergency readiness to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
• Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) – PDC oversees renovations, tenant improvements, new construction, and infrastructure planning to support the long-term growth, functionality, and cohesion of the campus environment.
