The Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) division within the Department of Facilities supports the successful delivery of construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects at º£½ÇÉçÇø buildings, including the HLC, SSB, RAC, and AES.

We provide support from project concept through completion, including:

  • Design and scope development
  • Budgeting and cost estimating
  • Consultant and contractor procurement
  • Schedule and contract management
  • Code compliance and coordination with the Office of the State Architect

A Project Manager is required for:

  • New construction, renovations, or modernizations
  • Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing changes
  • Any exterior building modifications
