º£½ÇÉçÇø Department of Facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M) division is committed to providing a high level of support and services to create a safe and productive learning environment for the students, faculty, and staff of º£½ÇÉçÇø. O&M encompasses the essential upkeep of facility systems, including preventive maintenance, custodial, HVAC, electrical, energy use optimization, and emergency readiness to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Support includes several facilities such as the Student Success Building, Hospitality Learning Center, and Regency Athletic Complex. Maintaining and supporting all aspects of our buildings’ care involves ongoing monitoring and maintenance through the various services listed below.
