º£½ÇÉçÇø Facilities Management is committed to providing a high level of support and services in order to create a safe and productive learning environment to the Students, Faculty, and Staff of º£½ÇÉçÇø. Support encompasses several facilities including the Student Success Building, Hospitality Learning Center, and Regency Athletic Complex. Maintaining and supporting all aspects of our building’s care include monitoring and maintenance through the various services below:

• General Maintenance
• Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Custodial Services
• Roof and Exterior maintenance
• Painting
• Security and Access
• Event and Program support
• Furniture procurement

We also accomplish this support with the assistance of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) trade shops, internal resources, and the use of external vendors.

We provide timely and efficient professional services to maximize the value of our º£½ÇÉçÇø buildings.
